Bryan Kosarek, Broker/Owner of Austin Rising Real Estate 

Bryan's love of real estate began as a kid growing up in Chicago. He always thought he would be an architect. He had this fascination with buildings and the idea of designing a place where someone would live. Bryan moved to San Antonio for college and soon realized he wasn't meant to sit at a desk and draw homes. But that didn't change his dream of helping others find their home. While in school earning his business degree, he bought two investment properties and worked as a project manager for a new home builder.

 After graduation, he moved to the city where he had been spending most of his downtime—a place that had always felt like home: Austin, Texas. Just five days after moving to Austin, he was invited to join the team of a new real estate investment brokerage about to launch. With hard work and dedication, the company was named one of Austin’s Top Real Estate Producers by the Austin Business Journal within just three years. His five-year tenure with that company lent him vital experience in leasing, property management, rehab/construction and investment acquisition. Various opportunities also allowed him to add properties to his personal portfolio. 

 Recognizing the shortcomings of Austin’s real estate companies and the resulting opportunity to fill a niche, Bryan set out to create Austin Rising, a real estate company whose goals would distinguish it from existing market leaders. What he brings to the table is a fresh 'non-sales' approach to the business. He understands people are busy and they want an agent who listens to them and understands their needs from the start.
