When you receive an offer, your agent will review the contract to make sure all the necessary details are there, pre-qualify the buyer and present you with the offer. They will also run a seller net sheet so you understand how much you will net if you were to accept the offer.

Your agent will be more than happy to meet you at your house to review the offer. If you find it more convenient to review the offer over the phone, we can email or fax it to you and give you a call to discuss. At this point you have three options: accept the offer, accept the offer with changes or reject the offer. Austin Rising will work with you to get a contract negotiated and executed in a timely manner. Once a contract has all initials and signatures, the contract then becomes legal and binding.
