The deal closes when both parties “come together” to sign the closing documents. This can be done at the same time, different dates, or even mailed to a buyer and/or seller if they live out of town or are traveling. At this point, ownership is legally transferred. Your agent will be present at the closing to make sure all goes according to plan and mediate any last minute surprises…which we try to prevent!

Keeping it Simple. Once you are closed, Austin Rising will take notes and leave you with a final “to do” list of the remaining items. This could include canceling utilities, turning over keys and garage/gate openers, or getting the new owner the manuals and warranties.
