2. Suggest to your friends, who may be in the market to buy a home within the next two years, to become a fan.

3. Work with Austin Rising to buy your home.

4. Upon closing, you’re entered to have 2.5% of your agents commission refunded back to you.

Once Austin Rising reaches 1,000 fans on Facebook, a buyer will be picked for the refund.

There’s two ways to receive your refund.

a. If you close before the 1,000 fan and your name is drawn, you will pay for your closing cost and then a check will be sent to you for 2.5% of your sales price.

b. If Austin Rising reaches 1,000 fans while you’re in the process of closing and your name is drawn, Austin Rising will refund 2.5% of your sales price at your closing.
