A tour is an easy way to see homes and to meet your Austin Rising agent for the first time . Your agent will meet you at each home, opening the door, answer any questions you have, and then stay with you from home to home.
Scheduling a Tour is Easy and Only Takes a Few Minutes…
Search Austin Rising’s website for the homes you want to see
For each home you like, click Request a Showing
Request up to six homes per tour
Enter in your information and ideal times to view each property
Tours will last two hours
Requests are not final until you have been contacted by your agent to confirm availability. Requests submitted after 5 p.m. will be contacted by phone or email by noon the following day.
Once Your Tour is Scheduled!
Once your tour has been approved and scheduled, we’ll ask you for:
Copy of your driver’s license or photo ID: To verify for agent’s safety
Lender’s Pre-Approval Letter: This will help establish your price range for homes and let us know you can afford the homes you want to see. If you need to get pre-approved, contact our lenders.
Don’t worry about who offers the best rate at this time. Your goal is to get a pre-approval letter and then you can shop rates once you have the approval letter to view homes.
